I am an in network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and POS plans. I always recommend contacting your insurance provider to make sure I am in network for your specific plan.
Other PPO plans often provide good reimbursement for out of network services, and I will provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company.
